JOIN OUR TEAM
Help build something new — a place where people find real stabilization, real care, and a real path forward.
Legacy Health is growing our team from the ground up. As a newly built Residential Crisis Stabilization Unit, we're looking for people who don't just want a job in behavioral health — they want to help shape what compassionate, effective crisis care should actually look like.
If you're someone who leads with empathy, holds high clinical standards, and believes people deserve to be treated with dignity even in their hardest moments, we'd love to hear from you.
WHY WORK WITH US
Be part of something from day one

Work that matters

A supportive team culture
We believe staff can't pour into others without being supported themselves.
Room to grow
As a new and expanding program, there's real opportunity to grow your career alongside the organization.
